Hi. I am almost a Plat member in Stake, I've played since the end of February and wagered about €200,000. So I am a very dedicated gambler I must admit. Sometimes I do betting, and today I was betting a few. On a tennis game I've bet on the break point €1000 and the payout was €4500. The game was 0-40 for the man I was betting to, so I decided multiple times to try to cashout. Nothing happened. 15-40, 30-40, 40-40... well, I've lost the bet. So I decided to immediately contact the support and I was quite aggressive to tell them my point of view. First, they told me there was no cashout attempt in my bet. Then, they told me they were looking at another bet and there's one, but it was done after the game was done. They did share the screens of the SINGLE cashout attempt and the time. The odd part of this is, not only that usually the cashout button disappears after the game ends IMMEDIATELY and I was able to press it after 30 seconds, but they had no trace of my multiple cashout requests. I'm very sad.
