I deposited with Trustly at a White Hat Gaming casino, No bonus was used and I manage to get a nice amount which I attempted to withdraw.
I then get an email the next day saying my account has been closed as I used a payment method not registered to me! I used Trustly bank transfer, with my business account and it is mt own account but comes up as company name when you get a payment. All my account info is visible on my profile of bank and states my names and address which match on the casino. I have sent them proof of all this.
Anyone confirm if they can get away with this despite proof of ownership?
