Just wondering is there anyone from CG who can help me with a payment issue from slotbox?
Basically, I played with them in 2020 and used a different card to what I have now.
They want proof of this card (Not possible as have a new card) 3 years later!!
My new card is in my name, its signed and I sent bank statements with my name and address on them which show the deposits from the new card!
For the record I never withdrew to the previous payment method - Only deposited, So AML is not really relevant if I never got money back?
What can I do here?
