Hi, I won 3.500 euros on Casino Universe on 17.august. I tried to cashout same night (17.august) but was rejcect due to verification - So I got my account fully verified and tried to cashout my winning next day. It was also rejected and was asked to take pictures of card and I did that and tried on more time - That was also rejected and I was asked to take selfie with my ID and I did that. I was informed 2 days later that they could not make the withdrawal onto my card, I was asked to recall my withdrawal and make a new one and do bank account method, I did that and waited 48 hours, then I contacted Live support. I told me "Thank you for contacting our customer support.Our management has decided to postpone the withdrawal to be paid on Friday 1.9 due to the size of the withdrawal". I told them I could lower the withdrawal to move it faster but they said it didn´t matter. Is this normal ? I can wait but I am just thinking what next ...
