Yep me too. I had the same reply. Been playing for 4 years and the RTP has gone down in the last year. They need to be investigated as I really believe they are taking the xiss out of us and as for that Mega prize machine well thats a bloody joke. 10p 50p 5 free spins. Crap never once had bigger in 4 years. Certainly dont respect their clients.
