The operate outside the law and prey on problem gamblers as the majority of people using sites like this only do so coz they have barred themselves from legitimate UK businesses

I sent them numerous emails a day even after they blocked my account telling them I was reporting them to UK Fraud (which I did) and then just sending them email after email saying "where's my fucking money" and promising them I'd email the on the hour every hour for as long as it took....they paid eventually. I'm having the same shit storm now with Red Lion Casino. 5 weeks since I withdrew just 400 quid. They claim it was processed 4 weeks ago so I have asked them to send proof so I can trace it with my bank and all of a sudden they stopped replying till today when the sent an email claiming that the volume of withdrawals along with issues with their payment system have caused delays but they have put my withdrawal as the highest priority and it will be with me as soon as possible.....in other words Bullshit! I will keep badgering them though even though I've pretty much given up hope on the money but il make there lives as hellish as possible and will report them to UK Fraud even though they prob can't do anything

They will never be banned mate. Unlicensed and operate through shell companies. It's like the wild west and they are preying on addicts who have blocked UK bookies through gamstop safe in the knowledge that most people will not do anything as they are afraid of their families finding out they have relapsed. Nobody has jurisdiction over them that's the sad fact

You can only withdraw in £500 amounts mate. So you will have to make 10 withdrawals but you have to wait for each one to be processed before they allow you to make the next one

They responded after a couple of days. You can't count weekends either. I had 2 x £500 withdrawals and 1 x £230 Thanks

It took about a week and I had to message them to move it along. I had to send a picture of both sides of my card but with all numbers covered except the last 4 digits of the card (and defo cover the numbers on signature strip). I also sent in a few proof of addresses to cover myself

Hi all, I joined Red Lion Casino in another moment of weakness as I am on Gamstop and I played on Sportbook. I only bet £300 and luckily managed to win £500 before coming to my senses (I was drunk when I went on!) So stopped and now I just want to withdraw my money and close it down. I have to go through the KYC verification before being able to withdraw so I sent my documents at the start of the week but nothing has happened. My documents are still sat there on the portal and I'm getting no replies from emails. It's now beginning to feel like a scam as I have no facility to withdraw and nobody I can speak to about when they will verify my account. Has anybody else had similar issues? Thanks, Phil

Great news mate....my money came in today. I out an immense amount of pressure on them though. Several Emails daily and reporting them to Curacao and Action Fraud and they finally paid

Do not trust this casino it is 100% a scam. I withdrew £200 three weeks ago and a further £470 a week ago and have not received a penny. I have received plenty of excuses ranging from Covid affecting their staff and how because they are based abroad using foreign banks that it takes longer especially for 1st withdrawals which can take up to 2 weeks. Well it is now 3 weeks since that first withdrawal and I have not had a dime. My account is still active and they do occasionally respond to my repeated messages chasing my money but I have now come to terms with the fact I have been conned and I won't be seeing a penny of my money. Please use my experience as a lesson to avoid these cowboys at all cost!
