Just looking for some extra help with this please and thank you. I've provided my bank statements, EFT notices, independent contractor letters, trade sheets and they still say that they're unable to verify me.

Hello all, I recently hit a great win at Twin Casino ($25,000 CAD) a 10,000x on a $2.50 stake. Whoo! I've since been asked to provide Proof of Wealth, Bank Statements etc. in order to withdraw the funds. I am a realtor in Canada and have provided trades of real estate that show my commission, along with my bank statements to Twin Casino. But they don't seem to understand that I do not make a base salary and only make commissions and my money comes sporadically. This is also a new job to me as I started in October of 2021. I am seeking some advice on how I can get this process quickened up as it's already been almost a week. I've previously cashed out and withdrew from Twin many times before from previous verification and this is the first time they are asking for this information. I've provided everything they've asked for and keep asking for more. I've asked for a phone call from Twin to get this process sped up but there's no number to reach out to. I'm a little bit frustrated as I don't know how much more I'm able to provide to them to show that the funds are legitimate. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
