I really hope so @Casinotraveler Thank you for the fast answer. I was planning on buying a new suit for 17th of may with the rest haha, so I obviously got really upset about it. But I'll hope for the best! I just got so annoyed because I have never experienced this on any of the casinogrounds casinos. I am trying to get in contact with live chat again now to see how it'll be resolved.

No problem mate! Hopefully it get sorted out :)

yeah I was like this when it happened to me the first time as well haha

That's the terms from when they update it. Not from when you deposit. Since they've paid out alot to you already I dont think you need to worry.

Geordiemag1 I really appreciate the quick reply. Alright mate I’ll just wait and see then I guess :)

  3. Hello guys and girls!

I signed up to this casino a few months ago and won big. Weekly withdrawal limits is 5k and monthly 10k euro.

I have withdrawn 30 of 55k euro but today I log in and there was no “pop up” or email that they’ve changed the terms of conditions.

now I see it says maximum win per deposit is 100x the deposit. I deposited 200 euro and won 55k. Like I wrote earlier I have cashed out 30 of 55k.

they also changed maximum withdrawal limit to 2500 per week and 5000 per month and yearly of 50 000.....

is this normal practices that a casino can change the terms of conditions without letting players now and to their favour? Will that mean the will take the rest of my balance?

the casino have not replied to me but us players keep having less and less rights.

    Hi there,

I've been playing on Comeon for some time and have lost a ton of money. Yesterday, I made a deposit of $200 and managed to get the balance up to around $7500. I contacted support, and asked that my account be closed and a withdrawal be processed. I said I'm too weak to continue to have access, that I needed the money, and that I would gamble it away if the account wasn't either closed or locked while the withdrawal was being processed.

The support agent told me the account has to stay open to process a withdrawal, but that I could add a 'spend limit' to my account to ensure I couldn't 'gamble everything away'.  I immediately set a spend limit of $500, and continued playing, some auto spins, some not, but in that mode where it was like a drug. I ended up losing everything down to $1000, with no pop up, warning, or block from playing.

The 'responsible gaming team' is now investigating to figure out what happened. Is this something that the casino bears any responsibility for or is it all on me?

    Thanks for any help,

    Ryan

    Hello Ryan!
I doubt that you get anything back. In the end it’s your responsibility. We are all grown ups here.

  5. Hello mate! Fudge that sucks. I sent them a message on live support. I told them that staling technique is so 2005.

I also told them about this post, that they will lose a lot of players(old and new)  it happened to me one and one guy here on the forum did what I did for you for me. And guess what? It worked. Got my money the next day.
It’s worth a shot. I hope you get it and invest it mate
