Look my attached picture here, they even confirm my 2nd bet that was suposed to be a 650euro win was made. But since the "bet rejected" occured which evolution said was my casinos fault, they wont pay me out. Isnt that the same thing as rigging and strictly illegal?

Yes its so sad tho how its legal in 2021, i was on a losing streak aswell that 650 euro win was so important for me. I dont know its so malevolent my happiness is litterally drained, its not provable or fair at all. The customer support always falls to deliver. The customer support itself has a 1-5% RTP.

.2 bets got rejected i was betting 10 euro on coin flip 6.5 pachi, 5 Cash Hunt, 5 ct. Both bets, first one was a loss, 2nd bet I tried was the 100x pachinko. As i was doing the 2nd bet I already was in Evo support chat, they told me they added both of my bets inte the investigation. They also said my casinos decision is final which I understand. But how do they have the balls to lie me in my face, and also say "minor error". Its a huge fucking error for players, and if its so minor then pay me my money. Stay away from SchnellWetten all I have to say, im staying away for good now, this was the last drop, i dont wanna be paranoid when i gamble, casinos should be trustworthy and I shouldnt be having to record while playing its bullshit, all info is collected by them anyways. The fact that they lie about that is scary stuff. I mean i was talking to a live agent in Evo chat when the 100x landet, i told him "Great there was a 650 euro win rejected", he said im sorry i will pin this bet and previous in your case.

So 2021-10-25 at 23:57 my 6.5 euro bet on pachinko got rejected, it hit 100x and I wouldve won 650 euros. I imidiatelly contacted Evo support which then proceeded to say it was an error on my casino (SchnellWetten.com). They started and investigation for me they said and pinned 2 of my rejected bets, the one with the 100x win and 1 before that. I then contacted SchnellWetten support which said they would respond to this tragic event via e-mail. Now almost 96 hours later i got an e-mail from them which i attached as a printsceen here on my thread. Im so done with gamling now, they killed all the fun in it, they dont take responsibility for their errors, they procieve to lie to players and hide information. Evolution gaming wouldnt share any evidence with me that they reported in the case, they closed the case and said it was all up to my casino. They say my bet wouldve been a loss which is fucking bullshit because evolution pinned 2 bets in the investigation, they even told me they added the one with the pachinko win. I dont see how its legal for them to act like this. SchnellWetten even has EU License in Estonia and are based in Malta. I dont recomed their site at all constant bet rejection errors wouldnt be surprised if their live games are delayed in The video and they manually reject bets when they see it will be a hit.
