That 2000 is better than nothing. Terms and conditions are set in stone and the casino wont care if your family could use the money or not.
As harsh as that sounds, you agreed to their terms by playing/accepting the bonus.
I recently had the same thing on a promotion on here, winning $800.. and when the wager was over, it changed to $100. But that was still free money as much as it sucks.
I usually also only play on casinos like 888, where once the wager amount is over, ALL of the bonus balance turns to cash and can be cashed out.

Ended up turning this bonus to cash now. I was at $890, and it suddenly turned to only $100 when the wagering was done. Not happy about losing out on the extra $800, but still free money! So thank you for this promotion!

Well, the 50 spins on Fruit Millions turned to about $30... Then I turned that to $300 on another random slot, Then I hit this. Ill be able to pass the wager amount and cash out

Update: Nine Casino just gave me 50 spins on some Fruit game.... No Net Gains.
I also tried Octo Casino with promo NET50GAINS and it automatically gave me 50 spins, on the same Fruit game.
Not even going to bother with this promo anymore. I wanted to try Net Gains, and havent been able to anywhere.

Do you know if its working for Canadians? When I signed up on Nine casino, the game doesnt even show up on their site. It shows up in the Bonus section, but I get an error. Ive even tried using a VPN on another browser to see if that would help, and still get the error. Live chat doesnt answer either. But now they have my personal info and ID lol

On Brunocasino - I got the 50 freespins, but I can't active them. Also can't fint the game: "Net Gains"... As in, even when I make a general search for the game on the page, it does not show up, as if the game is not available for me.
I can try and start the Game through the info about the freespins, but it returns the message: "Can't start the game. An error has occured".
When trying to activate the freespins, the site shows the Error: "Error activating the free spins".
I have the exact same issue on Nine Casino. The spins activate, and then I get the Error message. You cant even search the game either.
