Hi Kim ref account problem with videoslots . I recently tried to withdraw for the first time from videoslots after depositing over £1700 bananas over last few months and giving all the money back every time a had a good profit . I have only just verified  and was refused withdrawal  as they have my old debit card i used twice on file and they want a copy of it. I have  used new one since old card expired and that and bank and id and address all verified  just copy of old card they say stopping me but i destroyed it, Tried chat 3 times and formal complaint ,they take deposits from new card without problem but wont pay out. now they are saying i will have to contact bank for proof was owner of old card it seems unfair as i sent old statement with old payment to them but still rejected , They know i would give all the bananas back as cant withdraw , i even have a email from them saying Thank you for concluding the security check at Videoslots.com.
