  1. Hi everyone ☺️ I’m having problems with Scatters again. I made a withdrawal of 1900 euros on the 1st of February. I waited a week without hearing anything from them. I then contact live support and they give me a lame excuse that they have sent me an email that I need to verify my account. I never received this email, not in my inbox not in my junk mail. She tells me that she has tried to send me the mail three times, and I’m not receiving this either. And I’ve never had problems getting emails from them earlier, I get quite frequent mail from their VIP/loyalty team. I then proceed to send them an email, which they have no problem answering. I send in my documents for verification again, even though I already did this only 6 months ago. And now it’s gone quiet again. Do you have any recommendation as to what I should do? ☺️ It’s been 2 weeks now.. which I think is ridiculous. So also I guess I’m looking for a new favorite casino. Any tips? I’m a Norwegian player and my favorite games are Razor Shark and Roman Legion 😎 Sorry for the long post, if you take the time reading and answering I am really grateful ❤️
  2. Hi everyone :) Any if you have experience with scatters.com taking their time verifying your account? Read some reviews where this seems to be the main complaint on the site. For me it’s now running on the 9th day where they haven’t been able to verify my address. I sent them my electricity bill and after 5 days they requested a new proof of adress, without an explanation to why my electricity bill didn’t get approved. My experience with many other casinos is that this process I done in max 48 hours. Never had to wait 9 days… How about you guys? What’s your experience? ☺️
