I always found them to be good, but lacked on the loyalty side of things. Recently I have been asking if they can provide some form of loyalty as I never see anything additional to the normal standard promotions. I deposit less than a few hundred a week, sometimes nothing. Nothing too big or too crazy. Next thing they accuse me of having a gambling problem because I questioned their RTP percentage being lower than other casinos and having a limited loyalty program and then right out, no questions asked blocked my account for no reason at all. I am a very responsible and sensible person who makes use of deposit limits and loss limits and they then accuse me of all these things because of Have asked the. To do better in terms of RTP and loyalty. Ridiculous and unprofessional and I have lost faith in the casino. I want answers, my account reinstated.
