  1. I've contacted the support by e-mail, haven't received an answere for a week now.
  2. Okej, thank you for your answers. I just find I strange when they sent me this where it says: "this time we have granted an exception and processed the withdrawal for you"
  3. Hi! I deposited 20$ and got a 20$ bonus on casinolab. Was extremely lucky and ended up with 1100$ to withdraw after wagering. I then got a mail from them saying I had placed a bet higher than allowed (think I bought a 20$ bonus on gems bonansa, 0.20$ bet) but they would make an exception and pay me. I have now waited 5 days for my withdrawal, and tried to log in only to find out my account is banned. Have anyone had any similar experience with this, or any other, casino? If so, what did you do? I've contacted support but they haven't answered me yet. Hope you guys have a great summer!
