It cant be possible that theyre allowed to do this, basically forcing customers to play in order to get their winnings. I dont want to keep on playing there, and potentially lose all the money. It just has to break some kinda rules, no way they can keep their casino license if this is how they operate. I've never ever seen anything like this.

I've had money taken directly from my hand basically, just because of some hidden moronic rules they just come up with on the fly. So the thing is here, I received some decent deposit bonuses at WinUnique and Machance, and ended up winning on both sites, so at the moment I've got like slightly above 1k euros on each site. I've been aware for quite some time that they have a maximum withdrawal amount set at 500€ per week as long as youre not at a very high VIP level. So yeah, on May 2nd I made withdrawals on both sites for 500€, and just been waiting for them to accept it, because they're pretty slow in general and like to use up to a week. So yesterday, I receive an e-mail from WinUnique that says the withdrawal is rejected, there's no reason for it to get rejected cause all of my documents etc are verified and there shouldnt be any problem whatsoever, and I've also had a small withdrawal from their site before.
