Spinit has been changing a 2% withdrawal fee which is fine but they dont return it when a withdrawal is reversed so if you were to withdraw again they take a further 2% even though no withdrawal has been processed. I've reached out and asked for the fee back on my reversed withdrawals and haven't heard anything back. It seems really bad as customers must be losing thousands. If its reversed the fee should be returned. In the UK I'm very certain it's illegal as it's never processed the fee must be returned.
