Yeah its frustrating, and no I have been trying to get my money from them since the 16th of this month, and nothing yet. so far they have asked me to upload endless documents, such as my tax return , they also seen a larger deposit in my bank account from when I sold my car and they asked me to send them proof of selling my car witch i provided ( A bill of sale from the dealership ) and now they are telling me I have to wait for an email every time i try and chat with them to solve the matter they barely reply to me and I have not gotten an email from them for the past week, I dont know who to contact at this point, I fee like maybe i should get in touch with MGA as that's the only option in my head, it seems as if no casino forum can help or anything. also to add on they are getting a lot of personal information about me that it borderline fucked up in the sense of how much information they have about me at this point I mean common,.... i sent these guys a bill of sale from when I sold my car, since when did a casino care so much ? Hello all casino grounds members. I am writing to just simply give my opinion on LeoVegas casino based out of Malta. I have been using this casino for over 5 years now, I am level 60 VIP customer with over $500,000 REAL MONEY wagered. in the pas recent months I've won nearly $60,000 and right when that started happening i started receiving phone calls from them asking me a bunch of responsible gambling questions that are very intrusive and personal witch I had no problem answering. a couple days pass by and I receive and email from a VIP host at the casino asking me to verify some documents mind you this casino literally has ALLL of my information my account is 10000% verified yet they still asked me to verify a bank card witch I have been using for the past 3 years and I did. then they asked me to upload a proof of income, they needed my latest tax returns to prove my income, again I complied with their request and provided them with all the information needed. all of witch were approved and i was ready to get back to normal gaming, but all of a sudden out of no where i was logged out of my account and given a message saying ( session limit reached) by the way casinos online or offline are not allowed what so ever to place limitations on your account without your approval or even knowledge , they didnt even send me an email telling me that they will place a limit on my account. basically what I am trying to say is for us players the casino will bully us in any way they can but for streamers the casino well kneel down and give them anything they ask for, we have streamers on twitch and YouTube gambling for 15+ hours a day without any limitations or even any type of hassle. with that being said this casino can and will lock you out of your account at any given moment without any information to why they did it besides them saying we did this to out of our hearts, Witch is complete bullshit they did it because I was winning and they needed me out of the account. online casinos now a days are very sketchy and scummy especially because these streamers that are affiliated with casinos make it seem so, I mean sometimes I would win $15k and need like 3 days to withdraw the money because of withdrawal limits, and yet we have streamers hitting $50k+ and withdrawing like its nothing. complete bull shit and very very scummy that's all I have to say about this casino, but I am pretty sure every other casino based out of Malta or curacao will deal with their players the same way. complete bull shit.
