I signed up to the new HappySpins Casino, and won quite a lot. I made two successfull withdrawals (800 + 700 €) on a friday and it was in my bank account the following monday. Great i thought!! I continued playing, and made 5 more withdrawals the following week - and for each I got and email stating "Success - your money is on the way". It has now been more then 5 working days since my first withdrawl of the 5 mentioned (SEPA bank transfer), and still no money has arrived. I contacted support (only email available between 09-17), and asked for a status. I have sent 3 emails, and none have been replied to in the two working days that has passed. I have continued playing (and loosing) whilst waiting for a reply, but im now worried they will not pay me my winnings.
I tried to send a general question to support via another email account to check if they would reply, and they did so within minutes. But none of my questions related to my registrered account have been answered. This is very unprofessional, as all i asked was for them to confirm they had received my querie, and provide me with a status - or at least a forcast for when they will answer me.
Unsure how to proceed, as the casino support is not answering my emails.
