  2. I agree biggestdosser. Anyway, i have now got proof of ownership for both of the cards and uploaded them to the sites. I hope it will get resolved soon.
  3. Well, seems they finally decided that they want headed documents, and i am in the prosess of getting this. I have to say that the information from the customer service before this, has been mostly confusing and unhelpful. I'll keep you posted.
  4. I talked to someone at wheelz suppor just now, and they said that a screenshot from online bank, showing that the card is closed and showing the url. I have provided this now. I will keep you posted.
  5. Hi! I first verified with some troubles might i add at caxino. One of the cards i deposited with earlier this year has been closed, so i dont have it anymore. After a while, they accepted a bank statement, showing transactions. Then they requested me to verify with wheelz too, because they are a sister brand. I have played there before. They wont accept this information, and requests pictures of the cards i dont have anymore. I have explained that multiple times, and uploaded account statements, showing transactions to their site, and also screenshots from my online bank, showing that the cards are closed. I'm at a loss, and dont know what to do. Also worth noting, is that Caxino wont prosess my withdrawal until i verify with Wheelz.
