Hey, i had the same problem with different casino, the bank that issued my card left the market where i'm located and i've destroyed that particular card to later found out that i need to verify my account because that was the card that i used when i opened that casino account. I've contacted the bank's costumer services to help me out with a proof of ownership but they told me that there's nothing to do about it. So i decided to escalate this issue with the bank's data protection officer department where i sent an email as an complaint explaining the situation. They sent an encrypted email to me with the card details saying that that particular card belonged to me and the relevant account details that u can find on the bank statement. So u need the same thing, and i would say contact the bank reach the relevant departments that can help u're situation.
