Hi, on the 25th i bought a 600 usd SQ bonus, it lagged (kept spinning the Wheel) so i refreshed. And it wasnt there, now the casino ”Casinostugan” tries to delay the refund or whatever by saying the cant find the ID of the bet(buy) and stuff like that. And they need to contact no limit city, how long does it take? I just want my money back and cashout. And Why is the team Leader of casinostugan lying about the bet not existing for them? Even tho i can see it on the history box?… what should i do, dont want to wait 6 months for a big provider to reply a small casino. And Why are they lying to me?
