  1. Hi. I have been playing in Rizk for years and years. I also have been included in Rizk:s loyalty stuff and more. Now suddenly i get an email from guts that casinos under them and guts casino will no longer be giving any bonuses or prizes out of the blue. I asked about this from rizk and they said its coming from too high from the ladder they cant do anything. I sent an email to guts and wanting an explanation of why this is happening, I got an email that said only Hi Niko, Thank you for contacting us. We have checked this with the relevant team for you. This was a buisness decision and no futher information shall be provided. I dont know why this happened but now i cant get any bonuses or prizes in any of there casinos inc. (Rizk, Thrills, Guts and Guts Xpress). For a player of many years in Rizk and ALOT of money played and won there this makes me so sad and now i will have to find a new casino to play with. Has anyone else been having stuff like this with these casinos? Im very sad to say goodbye to my good old Rizk. To tell something fun and happy to end this i just became a father to a healty boy at 28.6.2022 so atleast im having something awesome too. Have a great summer everyone!
