  1. Hi guys, I just wanted to warn you abour Bruno Casino. I gave them a lot of time to clear things up but they even made it worse. The story: On december 25th 2021 I wanted to try a new casino and found Bruno Casino. I tried to deposit 100€ twice using mastercard (Revolut virtual card). Both times the payment didnt work for no obvious reason - BUT 100€ were withdrawn from my Revolut account. After a pretty short journey with the Customer Support of Bruno Casino they told me something must have went wrong but only Revolut can help me. So I started contacting Revolut and after a few days of back and forth communication with their CS I was able to request a refund - BUT Revolut told me that Bruno Casino will have 50 days to intervene and decline the refund. After link 40 days I was informed that Bruno Casino / their payment processor did intervene and decline my refund. This means that the 50 days waiting period may be exceeded and I will have to wait until the chargeback team of Revolut has resolved the issue with Bruno Casino. Until this day I didnt get any update. For me, this behaviour of Bruno Casino is not acceptable - if they just accepted the refund and didnt intervene, i would have gotten my money back by now. For me, this seems like a scam and im happy I didnt try to deposit more money to Bruno Casino.
