  1. So I'm part of the VIP program everywhere I play. At Casumo I've been a VIP for a long time, and I've deposited €125k over the last 5 years (I'm down 65k).
Now, over the last year or so there's been some changes to how Casumo handles things, and it's starting to annoy me. For instance, a VIP can't get help from the regular staff in chat. You have to get ahold of your account manager, who's at work 40 hours a week. So if something's up at Friday at 6pm, you'll have to wait until Monday to get it sorted!

Now, what brought me here to rant now is just the last thing that happened, which really pissed me off:
Today at 18:32 there was a bonus offer activated on my account, requiring me to wager 100 euros to get 50 freespins at 1 euro value each. I didn't even notice this bonus until later, and when I noticed it, it said I'd wagered 48 euros and needed to wager another 52 euros. I contacted the live-chat, and explained how I've wagered €6.6k this weekend in total, and €1.1k today, and that I think they should add the freespins manually, considering I already wagered 11 times the required amount today.
The response from Live-Chat was that they sent this request to my VIP account manager, and that they're unable to add the spins manually, and unable to add anything as a gesture of goodwill. My VIP manager will get this message when he comes back to work on Monday. It's Saturday night now.

I never had problems with things like these anywhere else. It's only on Casumo. And that's not all - The games don't even work properly on Casumo anymore. The site is laggy, games don't run as smooth as other favorite casinos (Rootz brands for example), and I gotta say it's fucking insane that a VIP has 40 hours of access to support that can help, while non-VIPs get access to support all the time.
Also, VIPs are taken off the regular bonus offers that used to come atleast twice per week. If you want deposit bonuses now you have to ask your VIP manager during regular working hours. You need to plan your playing sessions ahead if you want deposit bonuses, which is fucked up cus that's one of the key things that identifies a gambling addict.

They also offer sportsbook at Casumo through a 3rd party, and that sportsbook has the lowest odds of any sportsbook I've ever seen. I swear, you can compare the odds at Casumo to anywhere else and Casumo will ALWAYS come out lower!

@Casumo Louis@CasumoRep Take notes. And if you wanna fix this, my user here is my real name.

  2. Hi guys!

Yeah, but the prohibition is only on online casino's which aren't licensed in the US, which means that all the crypto casino's aren't streamable anymore. The licensed casino's aren't affected as for now

Not just the US. If they're licensed anywhere there's focus on consumer protection, like MGA, they're allowed there. As per this statement

I don't think they are fake at all. I mean they deposit 3k and get 6k extra from Gamdom. But they still have to wager 270k as far as I know. So most of the time they don't make it. But if they manage to wager the whole balance, they usually have a big profit.

Oh and btw, I'm pretty sure Daskelele was included in the last CG Videos.

They're fake. They used to be real. Now, no. Nobody buys bonuses for 8000 dollars/euros a pop with real money over and over.

They saw the opportunity to play without risk, and they took it. It's obvious from their last videos that they're playing with monopoly money.

Hi guys just a quick update with everything!

So far I have spent around £2,200 with my solicitor in London. He has tried his best to ask Nyspins legal team what they want and all they have done is ignored the questions asked to get this completed. The last letter took over a month for them to respond and they didn’t even answer one question my solicitor asked.

It has come to the point now my solicitor has sent the last email around a week ago to them still no response asking them the questions again and if they fail to respond accordingly then I have instructed my solicitor to take court action against them in the UK.

I know all my money is above board and I know that we have sent sufficient evidence to support that. It seems like at Nyspins head office different people look at my solicitor emails,  letters and just don’t look at the documentation I have sent across properly.

If we do go to court then we have all the emails that I have sent and my solicitor which will just make them look so irresponsible you wouldn’t believe. Court action will include my winnings, court fees and compensation for what they have done to me over the last year.

    I will keep you informed.

Go to Casinomeister, contact Max and ask him to start a PAB for you. He's helped me out before, and they sorted it quickly.

This shouldn't take this long. It's been almost a year now, I believe. Max and Casinomeister will sort you out, or NySpins will get blacklisted, which will result in huge losses for them.

I still advice you to stop playing at small casinos though. And I want you to answer a question:
If you don't use deposit bonuses, why do you deposit to play table games at small casinos? You can play the exact same table games (and more) at big casinos where you have a good history of cashouts. It makes absolutely no sense to take a 2000 or 3000 pound deposit to a new or small casino to play table games.

Dude I emailed Casino Grounds, as I was advised to post my wins to them. I offered to provide the video content to them without any adverts on them. They suggested I post it to their forum.

The reason the "balance" goes down is because these are all taken from different bonus hunts - it does clearly state ther date before each one.

I get, perhaps, you don't like those who promote casinos, but find you on a forum of a site who does the same thing a little off.

Many thanks for your negative welcome, but perhaps watch the thing before making assumptions.

I'm a moderator at a gambling channel mate. I'm not being negative, I'm just giving input that might make your videos better for the viewers in the future, cus people around here are so critical of new people posting stuff like this. That's why I suggested you put the clips by themselves and record the window showing the casinos you plat on at the same time.
There was a guy who posted videos of his wins (mainly bonanza sessions) called DazzaG, who got called out for the same thing (as well as his sessions on bonanza never starting on 34300 megaways with GOL symbols showing, as they always do), and he ended up removing all his bonanza videos after that.
If you want to be believed while promoting casinos, it's easier if you show the actual casinos you play at, showing the stakes updating on the side.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents on how to make people trust you :)

  7. New poster who promotes his own casino affiliation site, 4 different big wins posted in a video over 67 minutes, with none of these being in the same session according to the balance, and the stakes and balance going down between each other. Smells fishy to me. Except the stakes are low, so it's quite possible you're legit. I dont know who you are, and the wins are nice, but if I could give you any advice, it would be to post the big wins by themselves in different videos, instead of saying you "had a good run" over several days with different balances. Also, show where you're playing. This could just as well be play money on low stakes to make it believable.

  8. If you're brand new to the casino, deposited 2k and cashed out 50k on your first or one of your first sessions, they'll likely spend a bit of time to verify you are you, and that you're not using money that's not yours, and tons of other verification checks.
Anyway, I have a hard time understanding why you'd play table games on a new casino, rather than one you've played a lot at before. There's really no point in doing that.

Did you sign up through a Slotspinner link?

  9. Certificate of winnings from Monaco..? Why did they request that? And why would you have to send that?
This sounds weird to me. Does your country have some weird license shit?

Ding @Slotspinnermaybe he knows what's up.

Ultimately an MGA casino has to obey MGA rules, so if everything is 100% legit on your end, you will get your money. Though 10 weeks sounds like a lot.

Why would you play high stakes on small casinos though? Play on LeoVegas, Dunder, Betsson casinos or something instead, if you do 2k deposits and shit. It's stupid to play at smaller casinos with high stakes.

if u were playing 100€ bets (on 4 rolls alone) u should know that the max win on 4 rolls is 500k... nice story anyway^^

It would require a 10x chance followed by 4 rolls and landing on Mayfair with a hotel there to get the max win, so I don't think it's that unlikely to be fair. I mean, people make different amounts of money, and maybe he had a 10k win on slots earlier in the day. Maybe he only bets on rolls as well, who knows. It's quite possible, but it seems farfetched for someone in my position. But people like LetsGiveItASpin could afford to do stuff like this, so it's quite possible this guy could too. Although the majority couldn't afford it :)

Trust me it's not a bug, it could have been someone in the background that messed up something, but this only proves that they control everything.

If you think what happened to you is bad, remember the 9600x on monopoly? I, along with many other players were kicked out just before landing the multiplayer and then the 4 rolls, which was gonna pay me €960,000, knowing that I was playing for 45 mins without any connection problems or errors.

You were playing Monopoly with one of your bets being 100 euros on 4 rolls for 45 minutes straight? Wish I could afford that.

If that's true though, it does sound fishy and if I experienced that I'd probably feel the same as you about it.

I'm guessing its a bug since not a single person got their bets in.

I'm pretty sure it was just a coincidence that it hit bonus.

Evolution wouldn't reject bets just cause of a 100x

Yeah, it is a bug for sure. But we gamblers like blaming others whenever we can when things don't work out for us ;)

Anyway, it was just such a huge coincidence, I have never seen chat go that crazy and get that angry at Evolution before. 2500ish players where most of them were contacting Evolution live support at the same time lol.
