Big Time Game stable? Unstable?

In this topic I want to share an experience which made me doubt about the stability of on-line slots, especially the Big Time Gaming slots. I will tell you about two incidents I had the last weeks.

The first one was a couple of weeks ago when I was playing "Bonanza". In the freespins, to be precise the very last one, an error occured and the game closed. Normally, no fear, re-open the game and it will continue or restart the freespins. Nothing of that happened, the game started but no freespins or continuing the game. During the free spin I gathered something over €80, that amount wasn't also not added to my balance. Of course I contacted customer support, The only thing they could do is escalating it to the tech department, because they couldn't find an error, also my game history stopped at the moment of the freespins, so no proof of me winning that money. The next day, about 16 hours later, I logged in and I saw the money missing was added to my funds. A big relief. I considered it as fix and I told this to the casino.

But yesterday I was playing at another casino where they had maintainance planned so the games were a little unstable. Sometimes the serverconnection was lost. NetEnt games, BTG games, Thunderkick, Williams, etc... All those provider games, except the BTG games, restarted as they should restart, continuing the game you were playing. No money was lost so far so good except I couldn't log on the casino anymore, I was stuck in the startup screen. Before contacting I did the usual things customer support always wants you to do, remove cookies, use another browser, restart the computer, nothing worked. So I contacted customer support (4 times) before an agent had the patience to look what the problem could be. After a while we found out that there were unfinished games. Three of them and all BTG games. Two on "Bonanza" and one on "Danger, High Voltage". Still having problems to acces that casino and everytime a message appeared that there is an unfinished game. Very annoying.

Althought it were two different casino's, Hopa and Vikingslots, they have the same software they use to run the casino site. So I think that the combination of that software and the error handling of BTG are not really compatible. So if you want to play BTG on those casino's be careful. Other casino's using that software are Karamba, Wixstars and Magicred. At least those are the one I know.

Frequent disconnections and situations like you describe usually happen at casinos that don't integrate the slots properly into the casino. Sometimes they might rush it and forget the extensive testing that needs to be done. Personally, I would avoid playing at such casinos for reasons that you stated.
