Pondus91 Posted 20 November Posted 20 November Hi guys. I am gambling addicted. And for some months ago a sent an email to Casino Days and told them to close my account because of gambling addiction. They did that. I was silly and found a new casino: Rocket Riches. I played a loot yesterday and lost over 1300 Euro. I just found out its the same company. White Star B.V. I know for a fact that if I had won something, they would just have told me that because of the gambling addiction/ban from Casino Days they would not have paid me. Therefor, I think its not right that they let my open an account and lose money. In fact, I cant win. Only loose. Is this allowed? Should they send the deposit back and close my account? How is this rules? Really and edge of they can do shitt like this Thanks! Quote
CGDL Posted 20 November Posted 20 November Hi there. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, this is unfortunately the caveat with Curacao-licensed casinos. Group self-exclusion is only available on casinos regulated by regulatory organs such as the MGA, UKGC, SpelInspektionen (Sweden), Spillemyndigheden (Denmark), Ontario-licensed casinos, and others. The majority of Curacao casinos do not offer this option. However, you can ask them to ban you from their sister casinos. Most will comply with that request. I strongly advise you to get both Gamban and ask your Bank/payment method to block gambling transactions. If this is not possible, ask a close friend or relative that you can entrust with your finances.
