According to the provided documents, I ranked within the 41-150 range, which should have entitled me to a cash prize of 25,000 Kazakhstani tenge. However, despite the official rules of the tournament by Pragmaticplay, PIN-Up Casino is in no hurry to fulfill its obligations. This incident raises suspicions that the casino is deliberately delaying payments or even intends to avoid them altogether.

Such situations are especially frustrating when real money is at stake. Players spend their time and money, expecting fair conditions and a chance to win. However, the casino's failure to address such incidents undermines trust in the platform and forces one to question whether it's even worth continuing to play at such casinos.

The Irresponsibility of Customer Support
The behavior of the support service is particularly disappointing.
