desi_turk Posted 7 July Posted 7 July Hi, It was a great day for me until the mail arrived. And Lucky Spins made it Worst. I deposited 2000 INR with an offer of 50% deposit bonus( 35x Wagering required), I got 1000 INR in bonus. their wagering only count the bonus money. they do not consider real money for wagering. After spending my real money, I started to use my bonus money( 1000 INR). I bought bonus on slot, If you are an Indian user then you might know that smallest bet in slot is of Hacksaw Games, and their bonus buys are minimum 600. I bought a bonus of Big Bamboo. and won 220537 INR. that was whopping 27567x. This was the biggest winning for me. a life changing. Due to their bank transfer withdrawal limitation of 49500 for each withdrawal i made three withdrawal request of 49000 INR each and 23000 INR. after waiting for few hours i can see that my request has been cancelled and money is showing as manual debit. When checked my mail, they informed me that money has been confiscated due to bonus policy in which Player are not allowed to make a bet of more than 500. they also sent me a link with domain of casinodays, which is not working. I checked the whole Lucky Spins Website, but no such rule is mentioned anywhere. I am also attaching screenshot of casino and my winning. I request to the admin of CasinoGrounds to please assist me to release my winning, and make sure that casino should avoid these kind of tactics. I would like to report this issue to some gaming authority as well. Quote
TrustworthyC Posted 7 July Posted 7 July This is typical old-school shitty TC application at it's finest, but of course you (presumably) have no ground to stand on as you did breach their rules. That said, if you had paid attention and read through their rules first, before accepting the bonus, you could have prevented this. This is basic shit, and if you play bonuses regularly you might have known usually bonusbuys and big bets (like 20% of your startbalance or w/e) are not allowed. The cap is almost always 5 euros or currencu equivalent (so 500 inr in your case) and thats what you signed up for here. Well at least that's what i assume! I googled Lucky Spins for you to check the TC's and got a very dodgy site that was almost the exact name..hope i didnt catch some ruiisan virus..i'll come to you to collect 😛 Jokes aside, when i checked the list here, i followed the link to this casino and ofc was blocked as its not allowed in my country, it redirected me to luckydays, which gave the same issue, but that makes it obvious the casinos are the same group. I saw in your screenshot that you browsed the FAQ, but that is not where you usually get the bonus terms: apart from standard bonus terms and wr requirements, the bonus-specific tc's are usually displayed in the cashier, or whereever you have to click to claim it. Any decent casino has clear-cut rules (like Leovegas) dodgy one leave their shit small print bs rules well hidden, so you;ll only see them if you follow the little link that is usually in the bonusclaim pop up. Anyway, if you didn't know all of that know you know - and please make sure to play at decent outfits. Bonuses are fun, but only if it's a decent place. Otherwise it's just a headache... Quote
dinozzo28 Posted 7 July Posted 7 July Easy find this on bonus policy section. Wagering whilst having active bonus offer(s) Whilst having an active bonus the maximum bet allowed is €/£/$5 per spin, €/£/$0.50 per bet line or for card and table games the total maximum stake is €/£/$5 until wagering requirements have been met. This includes double up wagers, gamble features or buying features. Lucky Spins reserves the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts as well as applying a wagering penalty on current bonus(es). Unless otherwise stated, bonus(es) will be wagered in the order they are given to you and can only be wagered one by one. Quote
Andreas Posted 8 July Posted 8 July This is unfortunately a very clear-cut case. Virtually all casinos do not allow bonus buys when playing with bonus funds. I understand that this is not what you want to hear and that this is devastating, but there is nothing anybody can do to change the outcome here Quote
