Rhysttt Posted 29 April Share Posted 29 April Hi I was wondering if I can get some thoughts or help with a recent experience with Leo Vegas. I have been a member of Leovegas through affiliation with Casino Ground for a number of years. I always found them to be good, but lacked on the loyalty side of things. Recently I have been asking if they can provide some form of loyalty as I never see anything additional to the normal standard promotions. I deposit less than a few hundred a week, sometimes nothing. Nothing too big or too crazy. Next thing they accuse me of having a gambling problem because I questioned their RTP percentage being lower than other casinos and having a limited loyalty program and then right out, no questions asked blocked my account for no reason at all. I am a very responsible and sensible person who makes use of deposit limits and loss limits and they then accuse me of all these things because of Have asked the. To do better in terms of RTP and loyalty. Ridiculous and unprofessional and I have lost faith in the casino. I want answers, my account reinstated. Questions answered regarding to loyalty and why the RTP is lower. And an apology from them. Quote Link to comment
xdresta Posted 29 April Share Posted 29 April you gotta be very careful when they ask you about gambling problems, if they even have a slightest suspicion that you have a gambling problem (and we all have, be honest) you have to act super casual, about your gambling, your funds, because if they think you even have a slightest problem they can take your account it was stupid in the first place for you to ask that, all games have RTP percentage written in the game, if you don't like that rtp in particural casino, go somewhere else, don't complain, that's my honest advice Quote Link to comment
Rhysttt Posted 29 April Author Share Posted 29 April I have deposit limits and loss limits so I am responsible. I agree it may have been stupid to ask, but I genuinely wanted to know why pragmatic was super low and I am talking some are 92 RTP. Still does not give them the right to close my account down when all I was doing was asking questions. Sorry I should have said they have the right too shut my account down if I did indeed have a serious gambling issue. I'm a 20 cent gamer who occasionally plays and mainly for promotions. It seems because I have asked questions they have shut me down which is not right and not the way to go about things. Quote Link to comment
dispenseri Posted 29 April Share Posted 29 April That really does sound weird of Leo to do. Hopefully someone at Casinogrounds can inquire into it for you Quote Link to comment
ProBlackbird Posted 30 April Share Posted 30 April This is really weird LeoVegas should be the most popular casino out there. It would make more sense if it were somewhere else. Quote Link to comment

It seems because I have asked questions they have shut me down which is not right and not the way to go about things. Had the same sort of thing happen to me like 2 months ago. Leo's been really swingy for me the last 6+ months so started capping my deposits to almost nil every other week for a week or two. I also asked about my sad bonuses for over a year now as in 10% bonus 50x wagering before release. Anyway out of the blue get an email asking all these weird questions like Do you ever lose track of time and deposits you make when you are gambling? If yes, explain how Do you ever feel an urge to win back funds you have lost? We have notices that you have been increasing, decreasing and removing the deposit limits, could you explain the reason behind that? And a few other more personal questions like things I said in Crazy Time chats?? and redepositing after a withdraw. It got quite personal actually and by the questions they were angling to stomp me as well sadly but talked my way out of it. Had to explain my first lot of explanations again as well so multiple emails back and forth. Had to explain in detail I only use roughly $150 max pw and I had separate bank accounts for gambling. I couldn't understand the big deal like I gamble too much. Much worse players out there that don't get hassles like this. I think they have a quota of people to ask about gambling problems and the little guys like us are easy targets without a big impact on the bottom line. No doubt they'll read this but I have nothing to hide. Just for the record lul 😅 Good Luck with your account Edited 1 May by mosmagic GL 1 Quote Link to comment
