Gabe Itch Posted 26 September, 2023 Share Posted 26 September, 2023 Hey, so i have come here for an advice. So i recently joined a casino to test new one out. Deposited 120, lost, then 340 and won some, tried to withdraw 560 and put 105 on parlay. After 2 hours of waiting i get notification that withdraw has been canceled and i should clarify my location. So the problem is i always use vpn on my phone not just when gambling and after getting this notification i red the rules and my country is prohibided to play in this place but vpn was set to Germany so i wasnt stopped. So my question is what do i do now not to lose all my money, do i tell them i am from germany or the true? Will they take all my money? So the casino is crypto site, i know its bad but.. the name if it is vave.. would love to hear your opinion on what would you do cause i need that money thats stuck there Quote Link to comment
Original Jase Posted 26 September, 2023 Share Posted 26 September, 2023 This is why you never ever use a VPN for gambling. If you're found out I believe the casino has a right not to pay you any winnings. I would tell them the truth and if they're a reputable site they may give you back your deposits but no way do I think you'll get any winnings. Let this be a lesson to never use a VPN for gambling Quote Link to comment
Me uTube Posted 26 September, 2023 Share Posted 26 September, 2023 I am fully verified on one of the crypto casinos they know I use VPN , Quote Link to comment
Original Jase Posted 26 September, 2023 Share Posted 26 September, 2023 @Gabe Itch Or do you you mean you're not from Germany but the VPN displayed Germany so I guess the casino assumed your identity might not be correct. If so then surely just explaining to the casino the mistake made will allow them to give you your money. They might ask for your identity again @Me uTube I know crypto sites that also don't care about VPNs until someone wins huge then they don't pay. Saw a lot write this in chat streams I watch Quote Link to comment

Saw a lot write this in chat streams I watch I have dual citizenship, I play from UK, Oh I cashout over $50k this year and never had problems, playing the same casino for 2 years now, Crypto casinos don't care where you playing from as long you are verified from a non-restricted country, well is a lot of UK streamers, Bandit play from UK without even getting verified and he cashout many times £20k £50k Quote Link to comment

Even a 2% chance they'll jam your withdraw up isn't worth it. The reason they leave the banking side questionable is because that goes both ways. They can choose to screw you at anytime or not. @Gabe Itch I hate to say it but casino's look for technicalities and reasons to take your money and withdrawals. The player is responsible to read and understand all terms and conditions before using the site. We've all been through some sort of bad experience when it comes to online casinos and it's a tough learning curve....but you do learn pretty quick. Unless you can prove through documentation it's a hard road. Quote Link to comment

Original Jase Posted 27 September, 2023 Share Posted 27 September, 2023 @Me uTubeoh nice. Let's hope the UKGC doesn't destroy that then buddy Quote Link to comment
NSKOwen Posted 28 September, 2023 Share Posted 28 September, 2023 I read a lot about the troubles of casinos and VPN, though the most recent one was just a fiat online casino. They also seemed to have a hard time withdrawing their winnings because T&C indicated that using VPN will forfeit the winnings. Quote Link to comment
