Videoslots not reimbursed after site problem

Don’t know where to post this but here goes…

 

about 2 or 3 weeks ago videoslots encountered a problem with there site and as a result funds went walkies out my account???

I messaged them instantly and was told there was a problem and it will be rectified and I will get refunded. I have messaged now numerous times and still I get the same answer “It’s with the team and they are still dealing with it” It’s getting beyond a joke now.

Anyone else had problem around this time at videoslots or know where I go from here?

Its not the amount I’m bothered about it’s the “just wait and and it will be dealt with” attitude I get. I have been a loyal customer of videoslots for about 6 years or so and it makes me want to not return there. I have not deposited another penny since and won’t be until this is rectified.

Told them I will be making this public and got told to go ahead basically.
