The problem is, since I used the deposit bonus, I have max cashout which is 10x my deposit amount. So 2000 Euro. Right now I have 7000 Euro on my Casino Balance but can "only", and this is a big "only", withdraw 2000 Euro from the 7k. 5000 Euros will be forfeited and they are gone. I never ever had a hit like this, and of course now I can't cash it out completely... My family and I could really, like, really really need the money. I was just gambling to distract myself, since my mother got a very bad message regarding her health .... and all of a sudden I hit this insane hit. Does anyone know if there is anyway to get the money ? Or is the 5k gone forever ? If so, I guess I have to live with it. But I just thought I might ask here in the forum if anyone ever got the casino too like "be friendly" with the max cashout...or something like that. If you know what I mean. I'm kinda struggling to write this in here because it's way too personal, but I thought I might give it a try since this kinda money is life changing for my family... and would help insanely with the struggles we are facing right now. And please don't misunderstand this as begging. I am begging for nothing here, I just want to make sure that I asked for every possible option. Unfortunately for you though, cashout caps on the bonuses are quite common nowadays with the casinos. I would suggest asking the customer support if there's anything that can be done, but to be honest with you - reading the T&C of bonuses is always a must-do for any player to avoid disappointment later down the line. Casinos really don't like to bend the rules in general so speaking from experience, chances are pretty low that you'll get the full amount. 1 Quote Link to comment

It sucks, but at least you still won pretty big. Personally, i'd say never sign up at any Casino that limits your wins on a bonus, unless of course you play with cash only, as it's basically unheard of to limit wins that come from straight cash deposits. And seeing 200 is a relatively big deposit: with the many High Volatility games around to day, max wins of up to 100.000 x bet, you'd be way better off just depositing without bonus, and maybe lower your betsize? This way you can have as much theoretical playtime/chances to hit a big one as you did, and then cash-out the lot! Hope you'll use the 2K wisely, but w/e happens in the future -if you want to gamble again, please only sign up to Casino's with playerfriendly TC's! Terms and conditions are set in stone and the casino wont care if your family could use the money or not. As harsh as that sounds, you agreed to their terms by playing/accepting the bonus. I recently had the same thing on a promotion on here, winning $800.. and when the wager was over, it changed to $100. But that was still free money as much as it sucks. I usually also only play on casinos like 888, where once the wager amount is over, ALL of the bonus balance turns to cash and can be cashed out. Quote Link to comment
