The problem is, since I used the deposit bonus, I have max cashout which is 10x my deposit amount. So 2000 Euro. Right now I have 7000 Euro on my Casino Balance but can "only", and this is a big "only", withdraw 2000 Euro from the 7k. 5000 Euros will be forfeited and they are gone. I never ever had a hit like this, and of course now I can't cash it out completely... My family and I could really, like, really really need the money. I was just gambling to distract myself, since my mother got a very bad message regarding her health .... and all of a sudden I hit this insane hit. Does anyone know if there is anyway to get the money ? Or is the 5k gone forever ? If so, I guess I have to live with it. But I just thought I might ask here in the forum if anyone ever got the casino too like "be friendly" with the max cashout...or something like that. If you know what I mean. I'm kinda struggling to write this in here because it's way too personal, but I thought I might give it a try since this kinda money is life changing for my family... and would help insanely with the struggles we are facing right now. With regards your question about the deposit bonus, whatever the T&C's state will be what happens - if it means you only keep €2000 then yes, you will only be keeping the €2000 - it's a 2 way contract & you have already agreed to it. Without sounding rude but it's best for your peace of mind to forget about the extra €5000, as the T&C's mean it never really existed anyway - the casino have no reason to ignore their own rules and i can promise they definitely will not give you €5000 just to ' be friendly'. Instead of thinking of it a money lost, look at it like you needed to reach 10x deposit amount to achieve the maximum profit from that bonus offer and you successfully completed it - you hit the max cash out, which is a brilliant achievement and very rare to have happen, and you've still €2000 up - be happy with your success and be happy you won anything - it could just as easily been a totally dead bonus. And only final point to add, is please do NOT ever mention to the casino that you really need the money either - if you ever say you're desperate then casinos can freeze your account under Safer Gambling laws - quite rightfully, as if you're desperate for money then you shouldn't technically be gambling with what money you do have. Please, please remember this bro, as i hate for you to say the wrong thing in livechat and then they freeze your account - you'll probably end up going through verification process now so just always keep all chat polite, and NEVER say you need money.
