Hello everyone, does anybody have any contact with videoslots? I’ve literally just been speaking to them on live chat about a withdrawal I made and I got logged out and couldn’t get back in, account deactivated. I’ve made several withdrawals tonight but only received a confirmation email for 1. I got on to chat about my last withdrawal has it said this option is disabled due to pending closed loop withdrawals whatever that means.

if you made deposit with paypal or other app in past, you need to close loop hole that mean you need to withdraw amount you made deposit on paypal or other app , this now apply to every casino on UK

I made deposit with apple pay £500 lost all

3 weeks later I made deposit £500 from paypal I won £1500

I need to make withdraw £500 on my apple pay (to close loop hole)

and £1000 on paypal

dont worry Videoslots are very good when it comes to withdraw

Some of my withdrawals went in my account this morning, I can’t login to my account which is very strange and I also have a balance on there. It’s been my main casino for 4/5 years and never really had an issue. All my deposits have always been via my Mastercard in the same way. I’ve contacted videoslots and they’ve had to escalate it to somebody else has they couldn’t remove the block apparently. I’m sure it’ll all come out in the wash🙌

UKGC they change rules every 5 mins they dont know what they want, as longest you ok with Videoslots T/C they dont make problem with Withdraw, good luck
