Cancelled mywithdraws 3 times aswell due to ” technical issues”Thoose good reviews on trustpilot seem almost too good, what person writes a 100 sentence long text about how good a casino is ? Will Update 4 sure I think it takes time because they have to confirm with provider that it was a legit win and that takes a while, just keep it polite with them because it looks like from those reviews it took some people a couple of weeks for response. It seems like mostly the people who was not paid out had either duplicate accounts or did not make some kind of rollover wagering. It does look like people are paid out though I seen some resolved payment issues also with were complaints had been solved. I would wait 2 weeks and if you have not heard nothing back, get someone to handle your complaint but when you get someone to handle it you can only keep it with them and it takes time, I do not see why you won't get your money though in the long run Quote Link to comment

Ive allways kept it polite, but have to say i feel a little undermined since i havent even got any information from them in over a week. Yes i know and i have never played on this casino or any other casino without swedish license before.. so i dont really know how to handle this, and Also want to state i do not make alugations against them in any way, only speaking from my personal view on how this whole situation has unfolded. Will Update 4 sure @Titanholo I would leave a review on Trustpilot explaining your win and that you are worried you have been scammed because of bad reviews you have been reading and they are not answering your emails, because they seen to be replying on there asking for name and email they will be able to chase it up for you, and make them move quicker Quote Link to comment
