Well they have not answered me in over a week and ive wrote 5 emails asking about Update. Cancelled mywithdraws 3 times aswell due to ” technical issues”Thoose good  reviews on trustpilot seem almost too good, what person writes a 100 sentence long text about how good a casino is ? Seems a bit odd. Hope they pay me and i wont have to take this to court. Will Update 4 sure

I think it takes time because they have to confirm with provider that it was a legit win and that takes a while, just keep it polite with them because it looks like from those reviews it took some people a couple of weeks for response. It seems like mostly the people who was not paid out had either duplicate accounts or did not make some kind of rollover wagering. It does look like people are paid out though I seen some resolved payment issues also with were complaints had been solved.

I would wait 2 weeks and if you have not heard nothing back, get someone to handle your complaint but when you get someone to handle it you can only keep it with them and it takes time, I do not see why you won't get your money though in the long run

Thank you for your input. Ive allways kept it polite, but have to say i feel a little undermined since i havent even got any information from them in over a week.  Yes i know and i have never played on this casino or any other casino without swedish license before.. so i dont really know how to handle this, and Also want to state i do not make alugations against them in any way, only speaking from my personal view on how this whole situation has unfolded. Hoping for the best trough and allways want to think the best about all people before proven otherwise.

@Titanholo I would leave a review on Trustpilot explaining your win and that you are worried you have been scammed because of bad reviews you have been reading and they are not answering your emails, because they seen to be replying on there asking for name and email they will be able to chase it up for you, and make them move quicker

@Titanholo If you have made a complaint to Ask Gamblers they will take it up with them and liase for you, sometimes they even go to MGA directly if they are not happy with response from casino, if you have not breached any terms you should be ok. keep us updated on your progress. Good luck

Yes have post complaint there but they did not respond. Nope have not breached anything, no bonus money, raw cash, theyve revieved all documents and accepted them, first time ever playing on any non swedish casino… thanks

They have not responded in 2 weeks. Not letting me withdraw. No reason for them to act like this. Zimpler ( who i used to deposit ) have Also contacted them on my behalf. Called MGA todday and they Will reach out. Lawyers on standby. Hoping for the best, i Will fight to the end.

UPDATE ” todday they accepted my first withdrawl of 5000 euros, got the money now Hoping they Will send the rest, i believe u are only able to withdraw 5000 a week there. If they send me the rest without issues i Will give them good feedback, and be happy towards the whole situation.

Update, first withdraw of 5k went trough over 1 week ago.  able to withdraw 5k/ week there, tried withdrawing 5k 2 days ago, still not accepted or any update, they say that withdrawls are processed within 48hours. Hoping for the best.

How in gods earth can you give them an good review after all this shit u have to do to get your money?? Id withdraw and never play there again and warn others. Bullshit 18bet casino, cant even payout 27k without any hassle, bunch of bums.
