This is what happens when you join a dodgy Casino  ,  All these offers , discounts, promo's being bandied about and streamers promoting it , then you end up in a situation like this   .........     Learn from it  ,  I sincerely hope you get your winnings from them    🙂

I agree you have to go through terms thoroughly these days. This is player responsibility of course. Leovegas is not a dodgy casino though. MGM recently bought them for 604$ million. As an accredited casino they have to take fraud very serious. Even if TS moved and forgot to change his address, they would invest it and be able to solve this. A typo should not cause such debate. If TS lied about his country of residence and faked an address; it’s game over.

This sounds bizare as u can always either ask for your personel info to be changed by a support worker or do it yourself like example if u moved adress since you made your account, got married etc.

Who to blame.. i dont know really .. they took the money u deposited, yet refuse to pay the winnings. Theyre in titel to refuse you your winnings .. but i dont see how they can refuse you to give you back the deposit, thats a bit fishy there.

None of us know the exact case here, weither they asked you for more proof or corrections regarding the right adress etc .. but i really doubt this has to do with 3400 euros, thats really peanuts compared to what they pay out a year.

Personally ive NEVER had any problems with Leovegas .. none the less, im sure they make mistakes aswell, just like any other normal human beings does.

I hope your case gets resolved either way.. cases like this is never funny for either the casino nor the customer.

@Markus Larsson yes apparently they are spending a fortune on AI tools and banning anyone who wins lol. Check out Anonymous on Youtube. They only want members who lose then lose more and more and more…..and they are getting away with it ! Must be in the back pockets of the GC too because they are not regulated properly. We need to really make them accountable because they are running amock. Start looking into these companies man because its not what it seems. They taking more profit than payday loans and they are some think like 17000% APR
