klaumb Posted 20 August, 2022 Share Posted 20 August, 2022 I really enjoy this game, and think this is a game show that is adding something new to gameshows that are full of wheel games. I have also won a few really good wins on this game like a 200x, 500x and even a 1000x on Lucky Drop, so this complain is not a SCAM alert, but a serious programming error I think this game show has. But I have found a serious issue there and have tried to tell their customer support, but they just check game history and rejects my request. It happened a while ago when I played bonus game Lucky Drop and chose my dice. I was sure i chose dice number 4, but I then saw my winnings didn't match the x this number gave. I just thought I maybe made a mistake my self, as I trust this providers to have the math right. But when this happened again later the same day, and also in Dice Battle were I always chose the colour blue and outcome changed to "gold" and a lower pay out, then I contacted customer support. But they just checked the history were it says I chose the outcome the payed me for. After that I have always taken a screen shot when playing og my chosen outcome. But there has not been a issue with this for days, until today when I chose number 6 on Lucky Drop that should have payed 70x, but only got payed 5x. Then I checked history and outcome was also changed. I know for sure that I Chose number 6, and it was number 6 chosen until round was finished before it changes in history. I have seen in their chat others experiencing the same, but they also get same answer as me. Today I have been following this issue with customer support, and even if it is easy to shout out SCAM, I honestly believes this is some kind of programming error, but customer support are to dumb to actually take this seriously and send it to provider that I am sure would have tried to locate a serious error like this. If this can happen even one time in a million it is serious. But this has happened to me four times now, and I will of course not play this game anymore until they have fixed this issue. Have others experienced this? And is there any way to contact the right persons to solve this issue and help them locate the error as their customer support don't see the problem as they just check the game history that seems fine.
