Any UK facing casinos out there still operating a "lucky card" promo?

A few years it was all the rage at all bookies that had own brand BJ tables that they would have occasional "lucky card" promos where a card was added to the shoe and the player who it was dealt to wins a prize. I think Sky may still do them, but I'm bonus blocked there and can't see the promos. Other than that the only one that I know that is still standing is LiveScoreBet/VirginBet. Anybody know of any other promos still going on in this vein?

I'm only a user of William Hill though the only similar BJ promo they have is where at random times all active players share a prize pool, though you're talking like £1 per player on average, it's pointless. I've never seen anything where it all goes to just 1 player and that does sound loads better idea.
