This is unreal we always lose our money on different online casinos, and once in months we win a small amount and can't even cash it out for several reasons.

They always find a way to not cash you out that's why they all got this long AGBS, this should be illegal, I mean they are taking our money all the time away

without ever returning anything back, and when you win a small amount, they make sure they do everything not to cash you out.

Sorry this happened to you but always read the terms and conditions before you deposit and play. The casinos want to make as much money as possible so they put small tweaks and what not in the terms and conditions so the player might make a seemingly meaningless mistake that they can use against you. Never have the mindset that the casino want you to win. (Not saying that you have that mindset btw).
