CRAZY TIME LOG OUT WITH VIRGIN GAMES AND MONOPOLY CASINO

Hi All

 

Starting to really annoy me this fault, playing Crazy Time just when spin starts end of the countdown boom, message appears ive been logged out..  log back in straight away only to see the wheel land on a bonus game, most of the time its landed on a number which I dont do but suffice to say the bet has been returned so not taking part in that spin.

Virgin Games way back said clear cache etc..  blah blah blah..  but I use a laptop, PC a tablet and a mobile phone, on PC I have tested on 3 different browsers Chrome, IE and Edge, all eventually logged me out, 

Eralier this week when I was away on holiday I got logged out and when logged back in I had missed a 7x cash hunt so I was fuming!

I also play on Leo Vegas which surprisingly NEVER logs me out, but considering I ONLY ever play Crazy Time and currently I am down approx 3.5k on LV but in profit 3k on VG so am kind of stuck really

If you're experiencing the issue of being logged out mid-session, it will likely be an issue with the Evo server communicating with the server on the website that you're playing at. Or, the casino you're playing at auto-logging you out after a set period of time due to their settings.

What can also cause issues is being logged in on multiple different devices and browsers at the same time.
You should always try to log out of all of your active sessions and only play on one device at a time, making sure you log out each time you're done.

Of course, you've already been told to delete your cache and cookies which you should be doing across all of the devices and browsers too.

If you've tried all of this and nothing will work for you, it will very likely be a technical issue at the casino you're playing at which you will need to contact Live Support about and raise a ticket with their technical team. You of course will not get any money back, but it may bring the issue to the attention of the casino to be fixed moving forward.

I have seen lots of people mentioning this on Crazy Time chat that they were either logged out or their bets were rejected only for a bonus to land , i have no idea about these types of things but it does seem to occur far too often.

 

What i have noticed also is that when i join CT or Monopoly it hits a bonus or has just landed on a bonus  , again it seems to happen far too often to be a random event .....
