WHITE HAT GAMING LTD SCAMMERS

Hi Guys,

So couple of days ago I deposited £2500 of my money nearly losing it but dramatically turned it around into £3129 with last lucky hits on roulette and side bet. I asked for a withdrawal only to log on next day banned and asked for P60 and tax returns. It seems they want to keep my money not replying to emails and completely locking my account. I do not want to send them my private tax details but I am fully verified. I have emailed the UK Gambling Commission and will call them tomorrow as well. I am quite worried they will steal my money and avoid paying me out. I would appreciate your advice on how to go about this.

fuck this, just go play on crypto casinos they will never ask u about this many documents, but im sure they will pay if not just contact your bank proof this and they will refound your deposits

I am giving them a week to pay me then yes next step is to contact my bank, they have the power to do a lot.

It's shocking they are getting away with doing this to players they should be asking for verification before depositing plain and simple Hypalinx has a video with the same issue he went through plus many others. 

 

Casinogrounds is responsible for this as they promote this casino and there many sister sites if you've signed up there these presumably u did contact Skyline and Kim etc they shouldn't be promoting these sites that take deposits and ask for ID if making a withdrawal just shocking behaviour and puts alot of people through serious stress. 

 

Contact these lot and tell them sort it out.

I threatened to go to the gambling commission office and they paid me out today LOL. Never again but credit where it’s due they did pay me but I will not use white hat gaming again and they blocked my account too.

There were some disagreements and arguments, but it shows that the company cares about its customers by taking the time to listen. A casino should have games that run for a long time and games that you can play again and again, but the customer service isn't great. If you lose, it is your own fault; so stay in control.

casinos all they care for costumers to lose 😂, is not casinos is UKGC regulation, if casino dont ask they get in trouble by UKGC, but they only ask players they bet hight bets
