I have done this several times and continue to have the same responses no matter what I've sent. IE Wanting to show deposits to Rizk when I made them through their E-Transfer setting which shows Gigadat. Has anyone experienced this before and had it resolved? Is there a Rizk rep on this site? teckiwi Posted 13 November, 2021 Share Posted 13 November, 2021 Their email support is terrible from my personal experiences, I found it easier to use their live chat and they are able to escalate issues to the top of the queue if you have been waiting for a while. Do you have specific reasons from them why your documents are no good? Quote Link to comment
