OK, I deposited the R$500 and to my surprise it activated a bonus of only R$125. I contacted the support that answered: - There was a typing error when converting the value into real, but it has already been adjusted by the responsible department. So your bonus was paid correctly, in the amount of R$125. I apologize for what happened. So I exchanged some emails with support, which insisted on the typo and I got the correct bonus. So it's like that, they offer you a bonus, you deposit the amount to get the bonus and in the end you get 4x less than you should. I've only had problems with LeoVegas since the beginning, when it took them 42 days to verify my documents, last week when I requested a withdrawal, they asked to verify my documents for the second time! And yesterday this bonus thing happened. I'm never playing in that damn casino again. And it won the best casino award of 2021 here at the cainogrounds, it can only be a bad joke. As for providing documents again it happens when your licence is out of date/a different bank account or CC number etc. Quote Link to comment
