Wheelz.com not verifying docs

I have been trying to make a withdrawal from wheelz for the past 2 weeks, and the strange thing is, I have been playing at wildz.com and caxino.com for a very long time, made several withdrawals from both sites over the last 12 months. And I was fully verified there, now I played on wheelz, made a small 500 euro profit, and so I tried to withdraw 750 euro’s. So after 24 hours they tell me they need my documents. So within 5 minutes after that mail, i send my documents. Now 2 weeks later I still get the same message in the chat, that im in the queue, while I know people who have been verified in the past 2 weeks in like 2 days on wheelz. So the que is BS. But now comes the weird part, I log into my previously verified caxino and Wildz account and im not verified there anymore. So they took my verification away on the sister sites. And I have been waiting for 2 weeks now.

the best way is to verified account straight away before make an initial deposit to avoid .... kind a shady moves by casinos

Yes I normally do that, but Wheelz. Did not allow me to do so. You can’t send any documents until you withdraw and they ask.

last time i wrote an email to Malta Gaming Authority   and making and official complain against casino ...including recorded video on chat with a support and screenshoots ...it tooo a while to sort it out ....do that if you are 100 % sure if you didnt do anything wrong on rule book

similar thing happen to me but on my wildz acc. they had unverified me twice on my wildz acc. one of them was cause i had deposited more then 10k into wildz so they needed to verify me again. and the other was because my acc on wheelz was not verified even thoe i only plaed on that site once jus to see what it was like but i didnt like it so i stuck to wildz but they actually blocked my acc for maybe a week on both sites. they are sus and thinking of going to another casino.

and the fastest way to get verified is to withdraw and do make sure your documents are uploaded

Hi all. I have same issue. Everything seemed to be ok and withdrawals was fast. Now I hit 60kx on Fire in the hole and problems started. Lying about big queue etc. I have contact MGA, Maltas authoties and game provider. Next is go to police and send all details and pics streamers about my case. Maybe they can stop this bullshit and stop doing cooperation with Rootz. Why people play these games if u cant get money out for hitting something? 12k is not much for them but it is for me. Plz help casinogrounds.
