Skol Casino - Withdrawal Problem.

Made a deposit of 75€ on 29/04/2021.

Turned this into 5.000€ and withdrew the same evening. 
 

According to their agents any withdrawal shouldn’t take longer than 48 hrs to process.   Withdrawal hasn’t been processed yet.
 

When I contact live chat about this matter I give all my details only to have the chat disconnect after 5 minutes. Happend a total of 4 times now, still no answers. 
 

I send them an e-mail 3 days ago; still no response. 

 

I am used to receiving funds usually within 1 to 2 days. Not getting any responses and Being disconnected from chat gives me a weird stalling vibe. 
 

Any idea what I should do right now?

If ur verified on any other white hat site u should be ok normally when I’ve made a withdrawal they look at it in 48 hrs then process then next day

that’s my overall experience with them aswell - hence it’s getting weird not getting any responses after 4 working days. 
 

Not getting any response through e-mail and getting the chat closed on me is just weird
