Error on bet size

Hi guys hope you can help me, signed up to slot nite through the link, deposited and went into wager, got up to nice balance of £130 and went onto legacy of Egypt and reduced bet size to 30p and did 1 spin and it was £90😮, so didn't have enough for another spin and that's how I realised, brought up the issue with live chat and they said all bets were final until I mentioned casino grounds And now it's under review, this is obviously a error and it breaks wagering requirements, I am waiting for feedback from casino, I haven't touched the balance after that spin, have I got any ground to stand on here because it was obviously a error from the game or casino
