TheOnlyVirtuoso Posted 4 April, 2021 Share Posted 4 April, 2021 Hello dear community, this is somehow a complaint about Vegazcasino but I kinda can't do anything about it in the end. So the situation is the following I deposited 50 Euro with a 150% Bonus So i got 125 Euro to play with. Won myself up to ~650 Euro and asked about withdrawal if thats possible. I was wondering if I can just withdraw it without any condition to it. It was somehow a sticky bonus and not. I could withdraw it and my bonus blance of 75 Euro would be pulled off from the whole. I asked the support more than once if that blance is really redrawable because I thought its strange because the casino would lose money through that I guess. In the end I withdrawed and stated my identity with ID and so on. One day later I get an Email from the financial department that told me all my money instead of my deposited money is deleted because they see it as advantage using and trying to outplay the casino. Like wtf I actually asked the support a lot of times if that balance is really redrawable and there is no condition to it. They even congratulated me on my winnings and withdrawal but in the end I lost everything due to their mistake of telling me I can withdraw it... So please dont make the same mistake as I did and only rely on the support of that and maybe a lot of other casinos and read the bonus terms and conditions. The Support of Vegazcasino didn't know their own bonus rules and conditions. Well in the end I can't do anything about it. Just wanted to warn you about shit like that.
