1 Million Megaways BC BUG

Hey guys.

 

So, yesterday evening i was in the midst of an amazing bonus on 1 million megaways BC, when all of a sudden i get an error message from the slot, forcing me to restart the game.

However, when i restarted the game, the bonus was gone, and no way to resume the gameplay.

I can see in the game history that the bonus bet is still "MISSETTLED", and yet to be finished.

I have contacted live support of the casino, and they have escalated the matter to the "correct department".... i am just curious if anyone has encountered a similar problem, and know how to fix it? (Afraid that the escalation of the matter is going to take days and weeks, like everything regarding support..)

I have tried opening the game on different devices, and tried logging in and out of the casino with no luck.

Also, i dont want to spin on the game as i dont want the bonus to be lost and the live support told me to stay away from the game until matter has been resolved.

I just hope that it is not a winning that will be void due to software error on the game or something.. as it is over 3000x winning, with also 1 spin left with great potential
