I have withdrawn from Leo before, now Leovegas wants me to do another KYC using a thrid-party provider called Hooyu.com . So I found my old KYC documents, fetched a recent bill to prove my place of living. All good I thought, it has been a while since the last KYC at LeoVegas. At first they did not accept both my creditcard and ID card, as these pictures were edited to remove CVC and Social security number, and said that they required the photo to be taken then and there and being unedited, directly from my phone. So I found some duct-tape to hide my national ID number and CVC code. The response I get back now is that they require me send over a new picture without my national ID scrambled. Is this normal procedure now? Can someone from LeoVegas please verify this and enlighten me WHY you need my national identity number? All IDs in Norway have the full birth-number listed with the national identity number included (11 digitis) - How can I go about getting my account verified again without sending unneeded information?
