I would like to open a discussion about game freezes whilst playing in a bonus game. I have been playing on Novibet for a couple of months now and I have had a few wins on there, however lately when playing and I have hit a bonus that would be likely to pay decent I get the dreaded game freezes were I have to come out the game and reload again, and it then pays out nothing..! 

I have read on a couple of other sites that some casinos use software to basically nuke you when they realise that there is a big win coming! Has anyone heard of this or had this happen to them, I am really disappointed in this type of play because I spend thousand of pounds and it is hard enough winning legitimately without being scammed on top..! I would also like to know if there is any way of getting my games tested by the provider when this happens? I would never in a million years deposit anywhere that could do this to players. Any thoughts on this? Below is a screen shot of earlier on Novibet and the screen froze as soon as this dropped in! and even stranger play happened later on when I decided to go back on the game!
